Yoga and Fitness Retreat- 28 - 30th June

Service Description

Simon and I are really excited to be bringing you this retreat at the magical Trigonos in June this year. The retreat will consist of yoga and fitness classes and lots and lots of lovely Trigonos food (vegetarian). We have run this retreat for a few years now and it's always a fun, lively and friendly one. You don't have to be super fit to come along. The exercise and yoga are targeted to the ability of everyone. The price of the retreat is £425.
