I am really excited to be bringing you this retreat at the magical Trigonos in June next year.

The retreat will consist of yoga, a days walk out in the hills on the Saturday with our experienced mountain leader, Becky Nokes and lots and lots of lovely, homegrown Trigonos food (vegetarian/vegan).

The price of the retreat is £525 for a single room or £500 for a shared room.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The balance may then be paid in instalments or the full amount will become due 8 weeks before the start of the retreat. Once payments are made they are non-refundable if you cancel unless we are able to find someone to take your place in which case a refund will be made minus your original deposit.
